GENERAL

What is your minimum order quantity ("MOQ")?
Good news! We have no MOQ, you may order just 1 item.

How do you process an order?
Each design is digitally-lettered, cut out of high quality permanent decal, and adhered to products.
All of our products at Scribbles by Rachdyelle are individually handcrafted hence, each product will have subtle variations from one piece to the other.

When will my order be ready?
As all products are handmade, orders will be ready for self-collection or posted out within 5-10 working days. We do accept urgent orders based on availability. For urgent orders, kindly do speak to us.

Do you offer corporate gifting services?
Yes, we do! We offer bulk corporate gifting services including curated gift sets as well as bulk printing services [laser engraving, UV printing, silkscreen printing and etc]. Get in touch with us for more gift ideas based on your budget and theme.

PERSONALISATION AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Does the number of letters affect the overall size of my lettering on the item?
Certainly! We would generally recommend up to 8 letters per item [refer to individual product pages for details] as size of personalisation area is fixed. If you want your personalisation to appear bigger, do stay within the recommended limits! 

Design of personalisation [single/double deck] will be determined based on number of letters and type of items. 

What is your best seller lettering type?
F2 and F3 are our chart-toppers! 

How do I take care of my personalised item?
Gentle handwash recommended for drinkware. Do not soak, scrub or submerge. Not microwave, dishwasher, and steriliser friendly.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

How are the items packed?
All our gifts will be well packed in kraft boxes, along with bubble wrap to ensure no damages! We will pack multiple items in bundles to help you save on postage charges. Do let us know if you need them to be individually packed [this may increase postage charges].

Can I do self-collection?
You may do self-collection at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur at specific timing. We will get in touch with you once your order is ready for pick up. 

Do you do delivery?
Yes! We use runner and courier services based on your location. We do ship internationally too! Delivery rates will be shown when you "Check Out". 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Do you accept exchange and refund?
All our goods are personalised hence, we do not accept exchange or refund for incorrect order input. Kindly check your details prior to checking out. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us and we'll sort it out in no-time!
